Delete in-app (recommended)

The fastest way is inside Meroveil. It runs immediately, with no support ticket needed.

  1. Open Meroveil and sign in if you aren’t already.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm at the double-confirmation prompt. Deletion runs right away.

Delete by email (fallback)

Can’t launch the app — lost your device, or can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or, for a guest account, include enough detail for us to identify it — your in-game display name and player ID from Settings if you have them). We’ll verify ownership and delete the account for you.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes everything we hold for the account, including:

  • Your account and login (device identifier and any registered email).
  • Game progress, inventory, and virtual currency balances.
  • Purchase records held on our side.
  • Guild membership, leaderboard entries, and chat messages you sent.
  • Supporting records (pity counters, audit and battle logs, rate-limit rows).

The account and game data are removed right away. Any residual copies in our operational backups age out on our regular backup-rotation cycle.

Deletion is permanent

This can’t be undone. Your account, progress, and any unspent gems or currency are gone for good, and virtual items are forfeited. Deleting your account does not refund past purchases — refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. If you only want to switch devices, register an email instead of deleting.
