Base stats
Level 1 base, and the Level 60 projection. Stats grow ~10% of base per level (HP/ATK/DEF); Speed does not scale with level, so a fast hero stays fast relative to the field all game.
Element matchups
Fire heroes resolve their type advantage like this:
Advantage is ×1.30, disadvantage ×0.75. See the full type chart →
Signature abilities
Detailed ability breakdowns
These signature abilities now fire in battle with their own damage and cooldowns — a bigger skill or ultimate hits harder, and the two healers restore HP instead of striking. Still on the way here on the site: the full per-ability breakdown (exact multipliers and effects), plus deeper mechanics like status effects and multi-target hits.
Lore
The Bounty Hunter is on the Crimson Hand's contract-roll under the work-name Auvane (no surname; the Hand's intake-clerks have stopped asking) and has been on the roll for nine years, the longest unbroken tenure of any active freelancer in the Hand's southern bureau. Her arrangement with the Hand is unusual: she is not a sworn operative and not a salaried investigator, but rather a contractor with first-refusal on long-trail contracts — bounties the Hand has accepted but cannot close within the political-cover window allowed by their other commitments. The Hand's southern bureau-master has recorded, twice, that the arrangement is 'irregular but operationally indispensable.'
Her combat-grant is patience, not magic — she does not engage on the field except to close a quarry, and her contract-record tracks cleanly to ninety-one closures over nine years, with a closure-time variance the Hand's clerks have noted but not analyzed. She is willing to miss a contract's named deadline if missing the deadline means the closure is cleaner; the Hand has accepted four such delays without breaking the contract, on the grounds that her cleanness is the Hand's own preferred reputational profile. The southern bureau's standing instruction to other Hand operatives is to clear the engagement-area when Auvane arrives.
She is on professional speaking terms with the Crimson Hand's named operatives — Solenne Drax (char_solenne_drax), Renzo Callix (char_renzo_callix) — and on respectful but distant terms with the Hand's leadership. She has declined three offers of salaried position at the southern bureau, on the grounds that 'a sworn operative belongs to the Hand and a contractor belongs to the contract,' a distinction the bureau-master has acknowledged in writing but never formally accepted. She does not work for the Solstice Empire, the Tribal Alliance, or the Arcane Syndicate; she has worked for private clients twice in nine years, and the Hand has not asked which clients.
